A few of us have signed up for Blackhawk Farms track day on 6/16/21, if anyone is interested in getting their feet wet on a road course. I did one of their track days last September in the Novice class. I had a great instructor and it's a fun track layout. Well run and well organized track day. The track is located in South Beloit. A little bit of a drive from the Chicago suburbs, but not too bad.
They have novice, intermediate, and advanced classes. In novice class you will be paired with an instructor. If it's your first time at Blackhawk Farms, you may be placed in Novice by default. Every group gets 5 twenty minute sessions on track. Lots of seat time!
Here is the link to their track day registration if anyone is interested. It is Wednesday, 6/16/21 that myself and a few other Mustang bros are registered for.
