Default Swirl remover

I got some swirl marks on my truck that I can't seem to get rid of. I tried meguiars swirl remover and it did not work. Any of you know of a good product that would actually work?

Using abraisive products by hand is not something I would suggest. When viewed in direct sunlight, the flawed area may have micro-marring or even further swirl damage. You may want to look into getting a Porter-Cable 7424 or the better Flex 3401. The Porter Cable is random orbit and the flex is a dual action, neither are rotary and as long as you are using the appropriate pad and polish combination, it will be very difficult to cause any damage to your vehicle's clear coat.

Just one opinion over here. You're welcome to do what ever suites you but this is what I would suggest having been there and done that.

+1 with what Jason said.

I use Meguiars #80 for heavy swirls, followed by ClearKote Vanilla Moose.

Hmm.....definetly gonna have to check this out. Whoever owned the car prior to me left some major swirl marks all over the car. They also left these really odd markings too that I might have to PM you about Jason, cause they are some extremely weird swirl or scratch marks. There are like 5 of them on one side of the car and they are practically identical. I'll see if I can snap a shot and send em to ya.

I buff with foam pads and don't get swirl marks. What ever you do don't use lambs wool.
