    I guessed right on the money. I've seen original AC Cobras sell around the $1M mark, so I expected this car to bring more. From the little bit of these auctions I've watched, I don't think I've ever seen a car go for over $4 M.

    I've seen some idiots in various Facebook groups surprised that this car went for more than $100,000 . These are also probably the same guys who get upset when they see a fox body priced over $4,000.

    There was news that steve McQueen offered to buy the vehicle but they refused. good move to get this amount at auction.
    I think there is another one in Mexico. in films they usually have a back up car.
