Your car looks damn fun and I'm jealous! nice 60' time too.
Shit like this makes me regret buying a cobra. I cant bring myself to cut her up ( i bought it 3 years ago with 42k miles) Yet to be 100% happy I feel like I need too.
If I knew ahead of time that I would have to stay in Chicago for my 3rd knee surgery in two years I would have brought my slow ass pos. But instead, like an idiot
I was booking a damn plane flight only to be canceled later.

The first time I ran a car at Great lakes was in 1993 and it was a 1986 shelby GLHS. I loved that car. I pissed off so many people
with it back in the day. Nothing said sleeper more in the 90's then a dodge omni crushing GTA's and corvettes with ease. Then came the super sixty kit from Direct connection. God, I miss them days.....
Turbos were so misunderstood back then.

It's a lot of fun to drive. It won't break any track records, but the torque from that small shot of nitrous helps get it moving pretty quick!

I understand where you're coming from not wanting to tear apart a Cobra. That's kind of how I feel about my Boss 302. I appreciate the car for what it is and don't want to modify it. Some days though I wish it was just a GT so I could modify it and not care so much. That's why I've kept my fox body all this time. I bought it already highly modified and continued where the last owner left off. I didn't have to feel guilty about tearing apart a clean car.
