    Default 4.6 3valve rebuild or wtb

    I spun a bearing on my 06 gt and trying to figure out my options.is there a reasonable short block sold by any company or a good used motor a better option.if o go new o would upgrade spot will cost me more.does anyone have a good motor from a wreck? thanks

    Guess it's time to convert to a Coyote...$5k will get you a 2015 long block. Forget the other 10k to get everything to make it work, that means nothing here.

    2k isnt bad for complete motor, it will cost u 2k to fix spun bearing probably

    I had a customer a few yrs ago with the same issue. He picked up a junkyard motor for $1200 and we swapped it in. As far as I know it's still running today.

    problem is l want to add a supercharger nut my timetable wasn't this advanced.lol.so if i just put in a stock motor I will probably I leave it stock. thanks for sites and advice time to sell a car and buy a motor.
