    Default ekrunch's 91LX - More Foxbody problems.

I've officially been hanging around foxbody people too much and decided that I needed my own set of foxbody problems. Over the Christmas holidays, I bought one. Shout out to @fkur4v for all of his help selecting a car (and listening to me whine and bitch the whole time).

Here's a few photos of the car when Mike (the painter I got it from) picked it up.

Initially, the trim was painted red.

    Fortunately Mike fixed that...

    Something is missing though.

My plan was to buy the car and start building it next year after I finished remodeling my house, but I got a great deal on a Coyote engine and couldn't pass it up. Thanks to @dennisn (with some help from @Runs E85 and @fkur4v) for the Coyote engine and help transporting it.

Some of you might recognize the donor car.

Dennis' car now has the same problem my Foxbody does.

    Obligatory engine pull holder photo.

GREAT day to decide to move an engine.

    Home safe.

Congrats again on the new house (mainly the sweet 3 car garage) and the fox project. I look forward to seeing your progress! Feel free to bug me if you run into any fox related questions. Between the few of us foxbody problemz guys here, I think we've seen it all. lol

Oh I'm sure I'll find my own special set of foxbody problems with this car. But it is a nice starter car. Clean with good paint and some really nice chassis work underneath. Now if I can keep it that way throughout the build!

Not 100% sure. I just have to get my head around what my goals are for the car before I buy anymore parts. I knew I wanted a TT Coyote so the motor was a no brainer, not sure on the rest yet. MM and TeamZ both have good options for coil over suspensions. Griggs Racing makes an interesting SLA front suspension that's neat for a true corner carver, but it's expensive as hell and if I was just building a street or straight line car, it'd be a huge waste of money compared to a good coil over set up.

Bump away! I'll post pictures like this one of the fox sitting in the garage of my old house waiting for transport...

Thanks man, appreciate the support. Hopefully I won't need too much help, but I think we all know what's going to happen!

Thanks PJ. I'll let you know when it's time. I'm remodeling my house first so it'll probably be later this summer.
