I finally took the cover off the car and hooked the battery back up. Iíll change the oil today, air up the tires and try to start cleaning it up for the NMRA show.

Inspected the brakes at all four wheels on my F250 so I can safely trailer da Cobra to the strip this weekend.

Brakes were squeaking - Inspected them - Found nothing wrong.

Brakes no longer squeaking after inspection - Go Figure.

I installed a cheap leather wrap from Amazon. I think they make the wheel feel much nicer to hold, even if they aren't super flashy or clean looking.
    Check out those sexy legs.

    Funny you posted this:

I too just installed a cheap wrap on my 04 GT.

Found mine at Wal Mart for 10 bucks.

    Perfect matching color.

I finally had my airbag recall done on the Boss on Monday morning. I went to McCarthy Ford on the southside of Chicago. They were fast and took good care of the car. Not one single hand print or even a mark on my floor mats. Looks like nobody ever even touched the car lol. Highly recommend them for service!

Also, spent all of last week ripping on the Boss in the smoky mountains. After 2,000 miles of abuse, it will be getting a thorough detailing in the next couple weeks. Just ordered a bunch of stuff from autogeek yesterday.

The car got a little dirty on gravel mountain roads

Thumbs up to McCarthy Ford @ 115th & Pulaski.
They don’t charge list price for parts like most dealerships do.
Parts guy Bob is a Mustang guy too.

I haven't bought anything from there parts department in awhile, but I remember them being super helpful and great on pricing when I needed parts for my old 06 Mustang.

How long did this take? I've been prolonging this cause I don't want to have to drop it off and whatnot. I also don't trust peeps with my car, lol
