Started a ring and bearing job on my stock block 347 and found a cracked main. Finally decided to stop putting good parts on a crap block and ordered a Dart 363.

got a maximum motorsports 6 point cage coming in a month. probably never gonna track the thing i just hate the flimsy feeling. opted for the long slung door bars. that with the steering rack upgrades should make it a lot more confidence inspiring. just gotta save up for the vortech now

Which SFC's do you have on it?

Even with SFC's, fox bodies are still flimsy. With a 12 point 8.50 cage, I can't easily open my door swingouts when it's on the lift.

The 6 point roll bar will be a big help. My car felt more solid after the cage was installed.

i honestly dont know. they are welded in though. this car was a pile of work though as far as a starting point; just hurt the bank account a bit to get it where it is now

After plenty of time of thinking. I am selling my Precision PT88/47 t4 turbo and going Twin turbo, just ordered a new set of Borg Warner S366 turbos... just street car stuff.

Took stuff apart this weekend and didn't have the right parts to put it back together lol. I should have it race ready for next weekend though.

I decided to change my trans cooler lines to stainless braided PTFE lines after I found one of my nylon braided hoses slightly melted from getting too close to the exhaust.

I also noticed some melted insulation on my fan wiring. Not sure what caused it other than overloading the circuit. I'm running a single contour fan on high speed. After doing some research, I ordered a fan control module for a C6 Corvette. I can use a PWM output from the Holley EFI system to ramp in the fan speed to eliminate large current spikes when it kicks on.
