Default Filling in Holes in Bumper Cover

I want to fill in some license plate cover holes, and a little scrape that went through the cover. What's the easiest/most effective way to do this? Thanks in advance.

I was hoping there was a body filler or something that I could buy and use, instead of going to a shop to pay them $$ to do it.

It had the plugs on it, and I didn't like the look..I heard they made some body putty or some filler that works good..just not sure what it is/ where to get it.

grind down the tops of the holes a bit and then use regular body filler, block it smooth, use a primer then paint to match

I would say take it to a bodyshop over winter and a few hundred bucks it will be perfect. Especially if you bring them just the bumper it will be cheap. Dont screw around with it you will pay more in the end like anything else.

I just picked up some really good plastic epoxy from Autozone for the broken tab on my '01 bumper, crazy strong and fast drying. It was made by ITW performance
