I have a house that will be available for rent very soon and would see if any fellow cmcers are looking for a place for themselves.

It is a 2 bedroom one story house located in Franklin Park, Illinois 60131

2 Bedrooms
Living Room
1 Full Bath
Den/4 Seasons Room in back of the house
Kitchen W/ Dishwasher, Refrigerator
Washing Machine & Dryer Included
Fenced In Yard
Has a Garage with one space available
No basement
Pets allowed?!? **will double check if someone has a pet**

Rent Is $1,200 a month

Rental market is strong right now. Don't see you have much of a problem renting it in Franklin park at that price.

sorry its taking awhile to get pics, i have been busy with work and trying to get the car ready for the 19th but i'll see about getting some better updated pics this weekend on saturday and have them posted by sunday afternoon/evening

:werd: my dad leases out a single bedroom condo in the south loop area for $1200 a month. he kept trying go get me to move in there..
