A bunch of you came out last year to Naperville for the Car Show at the end of the summer in the Dominick's parking lot....well this year it is earlier in the summer and across the street in the Jewel Osco parking lot which is much bigger....the info is below. At first I thought "Cool, I'll actually enter my car this year." Then I realized that I have class on Monday nights. They need to hold this show on the weekend :x

Anyways, you guys should check this show out...there were a lot of really nice cars their last year. My fav was a black '69 (I think) Mach 1 in near mint condition.

Aww man I just realized it was a Monday night too...I looked at my calendar and emailed Jill telling her that it was cool because it was a Friday night...guess I shoulda turned to the month of June huh? lol! Yeah that sucks ya can't make it...then again missing one class isn't so bad now is it?? hehe...anyway yeah there were a ton of nice cars. My mom's bringing the cobra and I think my dad and bro are bringing their classis cars...so it's gonna be a family affair, haha!

Not to hijack this thread but...I've always wondered who's mach that was. Also...Greg, was that you I passed last weekend on Ogden Ave? I was turning East off of Rt. 59 and at that first stop light there was a white Mach first in line at the light, in the left lane, traveling west. If it was you, I heard you rev at me and your car sounds good 8)

No my mach is an 03 azure blue....but yeah I see that mach all the time parked at Walgreen's because I live right down the street from there. At first I thought it was Adam's but then realized it wasn't....wonder who's it is...hmmmmm

I won't be able to make the start at 5pm (I don't get out of work until 5-6 and drive from St. Chuck) but if the weather is good, I'll swing into the lot to meet some of you and check the rides.

Don't the people putting the people running the show have a concept of work schedules? 5pm start???? :?

I don't think most of us came last year till close to 7, there still were a nice selection of cars there. Yeah we'll have to hit up Giordano's again for beer and pizza, sounds good.

Yeah I got there late too and there were no spots left so I had to make myself a spot! I am going to try and get there right at 5 this year. I hope the weather is good!
